It holds scanned material that hasn't been digitized anywhere else — old magazines, government reports, out-of-print books — plus the Wayback Machine, which can pull a historical snapshot of a live website as a source. That combination makes it useful for a notebook that needs a document as it existed at a specific point in time. Much of the text comes from OCR on old scans, so expect occasional garbled words and check anything you'd quote directly.
