From notebook to a finished deliverable
Workflows使う場所: チャット
The last mile: you have read everything and now something has to leave the notebook. This asks for the deliverable and its evidence trail in one pass, so the draft arrives with the citations already attached instead of you rebuilding them afterwards.
I need to produce [a brief / a deck / a memo / a study guide] for [audience] who will use it to [decision or task]. Work in this order and label each part: PART 1 — Outline. The sections this deliverable needs for that audience and that decision, no more. Say which section carries the weight. PART 2 — Draft. Write it. Match the register to the audience, not to the sources. Cite as you go. PART 3 — Evidence table. One row per load-bearing claim: the claim, the source, and whether the source states it directly or I am inferring it. PART 4 — What would change this. The findings that, if wrong, would change the recommendation — so I know what to verify before sending.

workflowsの他のプロンプト
- Conversational BotAdded as a source, it makes the notebook answer in a friendly, conversational register while still handling analysis and generation requests. Spells out how it weighs your own sources against general knowledge — where the two disagree, your sources win.
- Custom BotA harness rather than a persona. Add it as a source alongside a second source holding your own instructions, and the notebook becomes that assistant; add it alone and it asks you for the instructions.
- Listener BotAdded as a source, it draws a half-formed idea out of you through questions, then turns the finished version into a deliverable. It runs conversationally until you ask it to export — at which point it tells you to deselect the document first.
- Chat Episode (Audio Overviews)A source document for Audio Overviews rather than chat. Once added and selected, generate an Audio Overview and the hosts pause for listener input instead of talking straight through, with rules for switching language mid-episode.
