Podcast app with strong discovery for expert shows. Use it to find episodes, then feed transcripts or show-notes pages into your notebook.
Its discovery and search tools are good at surfacing expert interview shows on a narrow topic that a general podcast app might bury. The app itself isn't importable, though — you need to track down a transcript or show-notes page for the specific episode, and plenty of shows don't publish either.
Import into Gemini Notebook
- 1Copy the link above (or a specific page from the site).
- 2In your notebook, click Add source → Website.
- 3Paste the link and confirm — several links can be pasted at once, one per line.
Public YouTube videos with captions import as sources directly, with timestamped citations. For podcasts, upload the audio file — Gemini Notebook transcribes it.
More video & audio sources
- YouTubeLectures, talks and interviews — paste the video URL. For whole channels or playlists, see the tools page.
- TEDEvery talk has a full transcript page — paste that URL for a cleaner import than the video.
- Podcast episodesFind the episode, download the audio file, upload it as a source — long interviews become quotable, searchable text.
- Spotify PodcastsMassive podcast catalog with expert interviews on nearly any subject. Audio can't be imported directly — look for episode transcripts or show notes instead.
- SubstackHome of independent expert newsletters on finance, tech, science and more. Individual post URLs import as Website sources; some posts sit behind paywalls.
- VimeoIndie film, documentaries, and design reels without the ad noise. Gemini Notebook can't ingest Vimeo video directly, so pair clips with transcripts.
