Gemini Notebook Watermark Remover

Take the Gemini Notebook branding off your own video overviews, PDF exports and slide decks. Everything runs in your browser — the file is never uploaded.

A Gemini Notebook watermark remover takes the “NotebookLM” branding off files you exported from Gemini Notebook — video overviews, PDFs and slide decks. This one runs entirely in your browser: the file is processed on your own device and never uploaded to a server.

MP4, WEBM, MOV or MKV. The marked area is rebuilt from surrounding pixels, so the video is re-encoded.

Your file never leaves your device. Everything is processed in the browser, so nothing reaches a server.

How it works

  1. 1Choose the video overview, PDF or slide deck you exported from Gemini Notebook.
  2. 2For video and PDF, pick the corner the watermark sits in. Slide decks are handled automatically.
  3. 3Download the cleaned file. Nothing is uploaded — the work happens on your machine.

What to expect

  • Slide decks (.pptx) have no separate watermark object — each slide is a single full-bleed image with the badge baked in, so the badge is erased from that image. PNG is lossless, so the rest of the slide survives pixel for pixel.
  • PDFs are covered with an opaque box rather than truly stripped, because a PDF's drawing instructions cannot be edited surgically. Text underneath may still be selectable.
  • Video is re-encoded to rebuild the covered area, so expect a wait on long overviews and a small quality change.
  • This removes the visible logo only. It does not touch invisible AI-provenance markers such as SynthID, and it is not intended to disguise AI-generated work as human-made.

Frequently asked questions

How do I remove the NotebookLM watermark from a video?
Open the tool, drop in your MP4, WEBM or MOV, and confirm the corner the watermark sits in. The video is re-encoded in your browser with the marked area reconstructed from surrounding pixels, then downloads as a clean MP4. Long overviews take several minutes because every frame is re-rendered.
Does the file get uploaded to a server?
No. All three formats are processed locally in your browser using WebAssembly. Nothing is transmitted, nothing is stored, and the tool keeps working if you go offline after the page loads.
Which formats are supported?
Video (MP4, WEBM, MOV, MKV), PDF exports, and PowerPoint slide decks (PPTX). Slide decks give the cleanest result because the branding is a separate shape inside the file that can be deleted outright with no quality loss.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no account, no upload limit and no watermark added to the output. The only practical limit is your own device — very long videos need more memory and time to re-encode.
Does this remove SynthID or other AI watermarks?
No. It removes the visible logo only. Invisible AI-provenance markers such as Google's SynthID are untouched, and the tool is not intended to pass AI-generated work off as human-made.
Why is my PDF watermark still selectable as text?
A PDF's drawing instructions cannot be edited surgically, so the mark is covered with an opaque box rather than deleted. It is invisible when viewed or printed, but the original text may still be selectable underneath.
