Mine video transcripts for hooks, angles, threads, and quotable lines worth repurposing.

Treat the YouTube transcripts in this notebook as raw material for new content. Pull out: 1. 10 punchy hook lines worth opening a video, thread, or post with. 2. 5 contrarian or under-discussed angles I could build a piece around. 3. 5 "how-to" breakdowns I could expand into standalone tutorials. 4. 3 thread or carousel outlines (give me a working title + 5–7 beats each). 5. Any vivid stories, metaphors, or one-liners worth quoting verbatim. Cite which video (and roughly which timestamp range) each item came from.
