US bills, laws, and congressional records straight from the source. Bill text pages and PDFs import well for legislative research.
This is the Library of Congress's own system for bill text, votes, and amendments, so it's the most direct way to see what a piece of legislation says rather than how an article characterizes it. It doesn't include analysis or lobbying context, so a legislative-history notebook usually reads better paired with reporting on the bill's politics.
Import into Gemini Notebook
- 1Copy the link above (or a specific page from the site).
- 2In your notebook, click Add source → Website.
- 3Paste the link and confirm — several links can be pasted at once, one per line.
Government sites publish authenticated PDFs of bills, filings and records — import those directly rather than a search results page.
