This tool searches dataset metadata across thousands of repositories, so it's best used as a discovery step — find which repository holds the relevant data, then import that repository's own documentation into the notebook rather than the search result itself. How complete a search turns out to be depends on how well the original publisher described their dataset, which varies a lot.
