Registry of clinical studies worldwide. Individual trial record URLs import as Website sources with design, endpoints, and posted results.

Maintained by the US National Library of Medicine, this is the official registry of trial design, enrollment criteria, and posted results, which makes individual trial pages a way to check what a study did rather than rely on a news summary of it. Results reporting is required by law for many trials but still incomplete for others, especially older or foreign-registered ones, so absent results don't mean the trial didn't happen.

  1. 1Copy the link above (or a specific page from the site).
  2. 2In your notebook, click Add source → Website.
  3. 3Paste the link and confirm — several links can be pasted at once, one per line.

These sources mix journal PDFs, dataset docs and institutional reports — the PDF or article page imports far better than a paywalled landing page.
