Interactive map layering geological survey data from countries worldwide. Best paired with survey publications, since the maps themselves don't import.
OneGeology stitches together geological survey maps from national agencies around the world into one interactive viewer, useful for seeing what bedrock or formation underlies a given area before digging into the technical literature. The map layer itself doesn't import into a notebook the way a PDF would, so cite the underlying national survey's publication instead. Coverage and detail vary by country, since each layer comes from a different national survey with its own standards.
